Організація Українок Канади ім.Ольги Басарб в Едмонтоні запрошує українську громаду на 30-річчя вистави дитячої театральної студії «Джерело» в неділю 18 грудня 2022 року
о 15.00 пополудні.
Думка про дитячий театр народилася в 1989 році, коли українці з Польщі приїхали до Едмонтону і приєдналися до ОУК та УНО. Група мам вирішила навчати дітей української мови на сцені. Першим учителем була членка ОУК пані Ольга Яремко.
У 1992 році колектив був названий Дитячою Театральною Студією «Джерело» актрисою Львівського театру ім.М.Заньковецьчкої Яриною Завадською.
За 30 років творчого життя «Джерела» на сцені виступало понад 200 дітей під керівництвом талановитих і відданих керівників та викладачів:
Ярина Завадська, Ольга Миц, Алла Семенко, Дмитро Руснак.
Мова – це зброя в наших руках, мова – захисник нації, а діти – майбутнє нації. «Джерело» – це можливість для дітей пізнати красу рідної мови, навчитися правильної вимови. «Джерело» додає їм сміливості виступати перед публікою, додає їм впевненості.

Ukrainian Women’s Organization of Canada Edmonton is inviting the Ukranian community for the “Dzerelo” children’s theatre studio 30th anniversary performance on Sunday December 18, 2022
at 3 pm.
The thought of children’s theatre was born in 1989 when Ukrainians from Poland arrived in Edmonton and joined UWO and UNF. Group of mothers decided to teach the children the Ukraninan language and perform on stage. The first teacher was the member of UWO Ms Olha Yaremko. In 1992 the children’s group was officialy named Dzerelo children’s theatre studio by actress of Lviv theatre M.Zankovetskoi Yaryna Zawadska.
During the 30 years of Dzerelo artistic life there were more than 200 hundered children performing on the stage under talented and commited artistic directors and instructors: Yaryna Zawadska, Olha Myc, Alla Semenko, Dmytro Rusnak.
Language is a weapon in our hands, language is the defender of the nation and the children are the future of the nation. The “Dzerelo” provides the opportunity for children to learn the beauty of the native language, learn proper pronunciation. “Dzerelo” encourages to speak to public, gives them confidence.
